Equipo Kern Pharma and Giant join forces to launch a new road cycling scouting program that will have a global impact. This is a three-year agreement that will consists of two phases per year: training and competition, and its aim is to assist young cyclists in their development.

The new Grassroot Program will be held in Pamplona this May with an specific training camp where the young riders will have the opportunity to do different performance tests. Moreover, Equipo Kern Pharma coaches and nutritionist will organise several talks that will be helpful for the young talents.

After the training camp, the performance team will select some of the athletes for a second phase that will be held in September. The chosen riders will come back to Pamplona to participate in several national races. The successful ones will be offered the opportunity of joining Equipo Finisher next season.
